CH 714 983 A2
Description [0001] The present invention relates to a multimedia operating station for operators of automatic machines. [0002] Currently automatic machines, such as machines for the formation of filter bags with infusion products, machines for the production of pharmaceutical products, etc. they have an ever-increasing construction complexity in which mechanical, electrical, optical and IT systems interact with each other.
[0003] For this reason, the staff dedicated to their assembly, maintenance and control must always have a very substantial (usually paper) documentation available.
[0004] In particular, the person in charge of assembling the machine (or post-assembly during the machine test) must constantly check whether the assembly steps of the various components are consistent with what is present on the diagrams prepared by the technical office. .
[0005] Now, however, it is not always possible to prepare this documentation in the vicinity of the automatic machine to be assembled or checked, also in consideration of the fact that many of these schemes are illustrated on large-sized sheets.
[0006] The employee must therefore prepare the documentation necessary for assembly or correction / addition operations to the machine in an area relatively far from the machine.
[0007] This factor often involves a continuous removal of the machine operator in order to verify on paper the correct steps for assembly or correction / addition to operations on the machine with considerable inconvenience for the same worker.
[0008] To this must be added that the operator, during the machine commissioning phases, must often store and subsequently unfold different paper documents relating to different assembly schemes with consequent lengthening of the machine activation times. The object of the present invention is to make available a multimedia operating station for operators of automatic machines capable of overcoming the above mentioned drawbacks. In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a multimedia operating station for operators of automatic machines capable of supporting the operator with all the graphic and data documentation necessary for the operations and capable of being positioned near the machine. A further object of the present invention is to propose a multimedia operating station for operators of automatic machines capable of storing and displaying all the necessary machine diagrams quickly and accurately. Said objects are fully achieved by the multimedia operating station for operators of the automatic machines object of the present invention, which is characterized by what is contained in the claims below.
[0009] The characteristics of the invention will become more apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment, illustrated purely by way of non-limiting example in the accompanying drawing tables, in which:
fig. 1 illustrates a multimedia operating station, object of the present invention, arranged near an automatic machine and in a schematic side view; the fig. 2 and 3 illustrate the multimedia operating station shown in fig. 1, in views, respectively, front perspective and rear perspective; fig. 4 illustrates the multimedia operating station of the previous figures, in a partially exploded rear perspective view; fig. 5 illustrates a detail of the lower part of the multimedia operating station in a rear perspective view; fig. 6 illustrates a detail of the lower part of the multimedia operating station in a front perspective view; fig. 7 illustrates a detail on an enlarged scale referring to fig. 6.
[0010] With reference to the attached drawings, and with particular reference to Figures 1 to 3, the multimedia operating station in question, indicated globally with 100, is used as an aid to workers in charge of assembly, functional tests and adjustment / adjustment. automatic machines (such as automatic machines for the formation of filter bags with infusion products, automatic machines for the formation of pharmaceutical products, etc.).
[0011] Note that in fig. 1 shows, with a block indicated by 1, a generic automatic machine by way of example only.
[0012] The multimedia operating station 100 comprises a trolley 2 movable on a walkable surface PC and supporting a frame with vertical development having a first portion 3a, lower, and a second portion 3b, upper.
CH 714 983 A2 [0013] The multimedia operating station 100 also includes a display 4 for the visualization of graphic and alphanumeric data associated with the second portion 3b of the frame. Furthermore, the multimedia operating station 100 comprises a unit 5 for processing graphic and alphanumeric graphic data relating to the components and operating systems of the automatic machine 1.
[0014] The processing unit 5 is arranged on the first portion 3a of the frame and connected to the display 4.
[0015] Always the multimedia operating station 100 comprises a device 6 for entering commands to the processing unit 5 arranged on the first portion 3a of the frame and connected to the same processing unit 5.
[0016] The multimedia operating station 100 also comprises an autonomous power supply unit 7 arranged in the first portion 3a of the frame and supplying at least the display 4 and the processing unit 5.
[0017] The multimedia operating station structured in this way allows workers to be able to have near the automatic machine to be assembled or modified, or, again, to be started or recorded in operation, a display and processing of the automatic machine diagrams in a position close to it. machine. Position that can be changed by easily moving the operating station.
[0018] Preferably, the operating station 100 comprises a connection device 8 for an external data storage unit (not shown) arranged on the first portion 3a of the frame and connected to the graphics and data processing unit 5. In a non-limiting example, the connection device 8 can be (see fig. 7) a connector for USB Flash data storage unit. In this way, the data of the automatic machine can be modified or updated based on the upgrades provided to the employee.
[0020] In a constructive alternative, the display 4 for the visualization of graphic and alphanumeric data comprises, alternatively or complementarily, at least a functional part of the device 6 for entering commands to the processing unit 5.
[0021] In this light, the viewer 4 is of the "touch screen" type. In this way the viewer becomes to all intents and purposes in the command logic, allowing the operator, through hand movements and pre-arranged touches, to activate applications installed in the 5 processing unit.
[0022] With this system, the operator, for example, can open and close technical drawings and diagrams stored in the processing unit, can make changes in the vision of the diagrams, in particular for rotation, enlargement, sectioning of the technical representation (for example in the three-dimensional representation of groups or sub-groups in assembly on which it is operating).
[0023] It should be noted that the trolley 2 is provided with a plurality of wheels that can freely rotate on its own vertical axis of articulation and, preferably, provided with locking members for their stabilization in the position decided by the operator (see also fig. 5 and 6). Preferably, (see also fig. 4) the frame has a main rigid core formed by a base 9, integral with the mobile trolley 2, two uprights 10 and an upper cross member 11 rigidly connected to each other to define a delimited space (or internal quadrangular space ). In this light, inside the delimited space of the frame there are two plates 12 and 13 equipped, vertical and independent, defining a part of the first portion 3a and, respectively, the second portion 3b of the frame.
Still in this light, the upper plate 13 defining the second portion 3b of the frame supports the viewer 4.
[0025] The upper plates 13 also includes guides 14 for support and vertical adjustment of the same viewer 4 arranged in the rear part of the upper plate 13. For this purpose, the upper plate 13 is provided with slots for passage of the guides 14 to be able to connect directly to the viewer 4.
[0026] Preferably, the base 9 of the frame, defining a part of the first portion 3a of the frame, supports the autonomous power supply unit 7.
[0027] It should be noted that the autonomous unit 7 includes one or more generative batteries of electric current and configured to be recharged during periods of non-use of the operating station.
[0028] In addition, the batteries can be provided with connections for the mains electricity, if present in the vicinity of the work area.
[0029] In this way, the operating station can be used always and also in areas without electrical network connections with high safety for the employee.
[0030] The lower plate 12 has a first sector for supporting the processing unit 5 and a second sector or drawer 15 for supporting the command input device 6.
[0031] The second sector or drawer 15 is provided with sliding guides 16, in both directions, to allow translation of the command input device 6 from an inoperative position, wherein the input device 6 is protected by the drawer 15 (fig 1 and 4), to an operating position in which the input device 6 protrudes from the drawer 15 and from a front of the frame (see Figs. 2 and 6).
[0032] Preferably, the operating station 100 comprises at least one casing 16 associated with the frame for the rear cover for at least the autonomous power supply processing unit 5.
CH 714 983 A2 [0033] In this light, the casing 16 is configured to be removed from the frame.
[0034] In an alternative solution, the operating station 100 comprises at least two independent casings 16 and 17 for covering the first 3a and, respectively, the second 3b rear portion of the frame.
[0035] In this light, the two casings 16 and 17 are configured to be removed, independently of each other, from the frame.
[0036] It should also be noted that the lower casing 16 is provided with at least one compartment 18 which can be opened to access the components covered by the same lower casing 16.
[0037] As visible in fig. 7, the operating station 100 comprises a device 19 for electronic detection and recognition of a user, even remotely, provided with a specific electronic key (not shown).
[0038] In this light, the detection device 19 is arranged on the frame and connected to the data and graphics processing unit 5.
[0039] The detection device 19 allows the activation of the internal operating system by authorized personnel in order to guarantee the security of the data present in the processing unit.
[0040] Thanks to the multimedia operating station thus structured, the set goals are achieved.
[0041] In particular, the possibility of having gathered all the necessary documentation for operations on the automatic machine (assembly of the line, management of operating programs, set of possible recordings, electrical / electronic diagrams) within a single station and combined with the possibility to have all this close to the machine and viewable quickly and clearly facilitates and speeds up the above operations on the machine.
[0042] Furthermore, despite the size and weight, the station has a high mobility within the assembly / maintenance area of the automatic machine or of the line of automatic machines according to the needs of the operators who can therefore work by moving and bringing the multimedia station with them.
[0043] This is possible also by virtue of the fact that the trolley does not need connections / cables for the power supply in order to operate and is therefore functionally independent both for the power supply and, possibly, for the connection to company data networks other mobile devices to assist «on time» operations. Add to this the security given by the fact that, having a single operating station, the material, even reserved, on the machine cannot be freely viewed by third parties.
